Inside Sales Representative
MSI Data is looking for an inside sales representative in support of our overall corporate strategy. The inside sales representative will work closely with the marketing team at MSI to fulfill targeted approaches to client outreach. The ideal candidate for this role will have a combination of strong business acumen and technical knowledge to develop and deliver quality intelligent conversations about our portfolio of products.
The individual will develop new prospects and interact with existing customers, primarily by phone, to increase sales of our products and/or services. There may be an opportunity to provide support to customers over the phone and conduct field visits as necessary.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Field Service/Repair Center Software or general ERP software solutions is preferred.
Overall Responsibilities Include:
- Work with the functional teams within sales and sales operations to develop Key Performance Indicators
- Drive projects to improve sales operations.
- Design and implement performance measurements, reporting and analysis that drives operating processes and strategies
- Work with a CRM to develop data and reporting infrastructure where gaps exist
- Play a leading role in sales channel initiatives.
Experience:
- BA/BS degree highly desired in a relevant field
- 2 + years experience working in a similar environment
- Experience in a sales and/or retail role is desired.
- Experience in a sales channel environment is a plus.
- Experience with SaaS based CRM Tools
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Comfortable and efficient working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills
