Product Demonstration Specialist
MSI Data is currently looking for an individual to provide quality services both internally and externally to support our service management software solutions. This position will be responsible for managing and performing software demonstrations, presentations, and some customer support . The ideal individual will have 2 or more years of service management experience and strong computer skills. Other requirements include strong communication skills, strong Microsoft Office skills, in-depth knowledge of online presentation software, adobe captivate or other similar video based desktop recording software.
Experience:
- Ability to demonstrate a software product focused on service management
- An understanding of the field service market would be a plus
- Ability to work with customers on training and installation of the software solutions we sell
- Produce application process map
- Produce recordable demos
- Provide in-depth product knowledge
- Provide live demo events to specific or general audiences
- Provide product support for end-users
- Create and lead user group sessions
