Service Pro helps Microtech align field service operations across multiple locations

 

[MILWAUKEE – September 16, 2011] MSI Data, a leading provider of field service software and repair center software, announced that the leading Canadian provider of document and currency management solutions (parent company CashTech) implemented Service Pro to help reshape the way it manages field service operations.

 

According to general manager Trevor Waters, "MicroTech chose Service Pro because of the fact our parent company has a big customer base for its products. We wanted consistency between the two locations for the transferring of information."

 

Founded in 1980, MicroTech Supply & Services, Inc., Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, provides companies with document management solutions. The company started with microfilming documents of all sizes and has since grown to be the leading document imaging solutions provider in the Canada's Maritime Provinces.

 

MicroTech offers a full line of microfilm and scanning systems, document management software, large and small file conversions and helps companies develop records management programs.
