MSI Data Systems-Cable Division was founded in 1996 by Steve Kraninger and MSI Data Systems as a development and support organization for Cable TV automation systems. MSI Data Systems-Cable Division is a privately-held company based in Milwaukee, WI, offering enterprise software solutions that lead to higher customer retention and profits.

The Monitor System dramatically reduce cable signal theft by automating and streamlining the tap audit process and providing trained field technicians for tap audit, cable installation, and high speed modem installations. MSI Data Systems-Cable Division has a proven track record of helping over 40 major MSO divisions dramatically improve their bottom line through identification of unauthorized viewers and more effectively managing their field personnel.

MSI Data Systems-Cable Division also provides State of the Art tools for the automation of Quality Assurance, Direct Sales and Collections, and ability to Assess Facilities/Sites and Employee/Contractors. The implementation of these tools by the Cable Industry has resulted in Cost Savings, Efficiencies, Better Reporting, More Accurate and Timely Information.  For example, SALESmaster has produced a 10 - 15% increase in sales or upgrades and a 30% increase in customer retention.

MSI Data Systems-Cable Division’s consulting team has over 25 years combined experience in tap audit, project management and direct sales. The team is available to assist in setting up tap audit projects internally or through the use of Contractors.
