Steve Kraninger – President, is a recognized industry leader. Steve was the lead developer for the Cable Divisions's first automated tap audits, which were performed in various Time Warner Cable systems. He has been involved with Field Automation Systems for 17 years in Cable, Electric Utility, Housing, Inspection, Trucking and many others.
Jo Ann Kraninger – Vice President, has been with the Cable Division since its inception. Jo Ann's strengths are project coordination and implementation. Jo Ann has worked and maintains relationships with many major cable companies. Jo Ann has been instrumental in establishing a three-way interface between the companies involved: the cable company, the billing vendor (CableData, CSG, Convergys) and MSI.
Matt Guth – Broadband Project Manager, has knowledge of the cable industry and systems integration. Matt, along with the Cable Division Support Team, has successfully implemented many systems on a national basis. He and the Support Team have been instrumental in the design, development and support of all Cable Division Broadband products including the Monitor, SALESmaster and SALESmaster CRM.
