Overview
Assessment PRO – Employee/Contractor provides a Mobile methodology to track information about Employees and Contractors. Assessments are completed using User Definable Forms on a Handheld Computer with Color Camera. Security Data can be entered and checked efficiently by Techs using this automated system. High resolution Photos of Employees, Contractors, IDs, Vehicles, Licenses Plates, etc. are integrated with the database for ease of lookup and review. The Handhelds can communicate the data back to your Server using Cellular VPN or direct connect cradles.
Detailed Reports are available on each Employee or Contractor including a Fact Sheets, Directories and Data Exports describing the Assessment Results or Recommendations.
- New Employees or Contractors are assessed and uploaded to Server
- Information is reviewed and can be modified on Server
- Detailed and Summary Reports can be printed
- Recommended Actions can be taken
- Data can be EXPORTED for use in Excel, Word, or other systems
Handheld SYNC
The Windows Mobile Handheld will send and receive data to a SQL Server Database via Cellular or via a Cradle connected to your network. During the SYNC process, the Facilities/Site Data entered on the Handheld is sent and any new Addresses needing to be checked are sent back to the Handheld.

Specifications
Assessment PRO is modular in design so it can run with or without our other Software Solutions. Assessment PRO Desktop runs on Windows XP platform and integrates with Office Professional XP. A remote connection is required as a standard support tool. Assessment PRO will run on a Windows 2003 Server with 4GB of RAM. The recommended PC Clients are at least Pentium IV PC with 2 GB of RAM or above. It requires approximately 30 MB for the software and about 170 MB for the data files (the size of the data files will vary depending upon the Customer base of each Cable Company). QASplus requires a MC7095 or comparable Windows Mobile PC with the recommended System Configuration on the handheld computer.
