Site Assessment System:
The Site Assessment System provides users with an automated tool for performing Site Assessments. Every function of a Site Assessment can be performed and tracked using this system. The Site Assessment System consists of the software running on a PC, the Site Assessment data that is stored on a Server and/or Networked PC, and the software running on handheld computers that are used in the field.
The PC is used to maintain a complete and accurate database containing address information for each site, information about who completed each survey and when, and the details that were recorded during each site assessment. The PC software provides users with the ability to view details about every site assessment survey that has been completed, view photos taken during each assessment, add photos to an assessment, add addresses and/or techs to the system, and change details about existing addresses and/or techs. The user can also view and print various detailed reports that lay out the information gathered during a site assessment in a clean, organized manner.
The Handheld software is used by tech personnel out in the field as they are assessing each site. As the techs are conducting site assessment surveys, they can use their handhelds to record every important piece of information that they receive and/or observe. They also have the ability to take photographs and add them to the site assessment survey, and they can also add addresses to the system right on their handhelds. After their site assessments are completed, the data that they collected is sent back to the PC and updated via the Synchronization process.
