The MONITOR 6.2 Tap Audit Software for SQL Server is NOW available for the Cable Industry Tap Audit. It combines the performance of the SQL Server Database with the LATEST HANDHELD TECHNOLOGY of the Motorola MC75. Version 6.2 includes a NEW & IMPROVED HANDHELD SYSTEM – Cellular, Color Camera, Barcode Scanner & onboard GPS and integration with SalesMaster - Sales & Collections System. Handheld improvements have shown increased in DATA ENTRY Time of 25-30% and AUDITOR PRODUCTIVITY of 15-20%.

Specifications
The MONITOR Tap Audit SYSTEM 6.2 requires a dedicated MS SQL Server with connected Client Workstations. It will run on Workstations with Windows XP Pro Operating Systems. It also utilizes the power and integration capabilities of Office XP Pro. A remote access method such as VPN access with Remote Desktop is required as a standard support tool. The MONITOR 6.2 will run on a Pentium IV PC with 2 GB of RAM (Celeron or Dual Core Processor with 4GB is recommended) or above. It requires approximately 50 MB for the software and about 400 MB – 2.5 GB for the data files (the size of the data files will vary depending upon the Customer base).
The MONITOR Handheld Software requires a Windows Mobile Handheld with at least 64MB for each auditor. Protective covers are recommended for the Handheld to provide protection against water and other damage. At least one Ethernet Cradle is recommended to download and upload software and data files. Handheld units are available with Color Touch Screens. Barcode scanning is available for Tags, Equipment Serial Numbers, etc. Imagers are also available for digital photos of connections, equipment damage, etc.
