MSI Field Connector
Overview
Working with product end users and your organization's IS/IT team, MSI Data configures the MSI Field Connector to send and receive data between your back office and the MSI Data suite of software. The MSI Field Connector is easily configured to accommodate many different sources of data. The daily feed into the MSI Data system ensures your techs/DSRs are using the most current data available to audit, sell, and/or quality check. The system can also be configured to send multiple sets of data back into your back office to allow other departments immediate access to relevant information.
During our initial meetings, MSI Data works with the users to identify the needed data elements. A plan is then developed to configure both the data that is sent and the timing of those feeds to best fit the end users needs.
