Quality Assessment
Quality Assurance System
Overview
Quality assessment provides an efficient methodology to inspect and report on completed work orders including installations, upgrades, disconnects, and other key areas. Quality assurance electronic forms along with the completed work order information is loaded into a mobile device, tablet, or laptop computer. The quality control tech can go through and check each item, as they would use a paper form. Pass/fail criteria can be setup and used to determine if the job was acceptable or not. The quality assessment data is stored in a SQL server database with reporting capabilities.
