Overview
Site assessment provides user definable assessments that can be done in the field using a mobile handheld, tablet or laptop computer. Application areas include facilities/sites, employee/contractor assessments, and others. Assessment forms can be loaded into the software to meet your specific needs. The information can be communicated over the network or web to allow for fast and efficient reporting.
The site assessment mobile solution provides touch screen or keyboard entry where the data can be easily entered and then uploaded to the network. The software will track the assigned work and all entry of information by the security or field tech including digital photos. Signature capture and wireless printing capabilities are also available. Site assessment also provides both standard and customized reporting with optional exports and integration.
Site assessment runs on a server with a SQL database. Secure web services are utilized to communicate data from the field to the server. All handheld devices are password protected with data encryption to keep data secure.
