SPECTRA Home saves both time and money in processing information needed in the housing inspection operation. The system allows for scheduling and tracking inspections necessary for either public housing units or rent assistance housing. The addresses can be downloaded into a pen-based computer used in the field. Inspection data can be entered using the HUD 52580 form format or your own custom format. Inspection data is entered in a streamlined manner saving inspector time and improving accuracy of data. Inspection data can sync and update your PHA software.
