The system allows for scheduling and tracking inspections necessary for either public housing units or rent assistance housing. The addresses can be downloaded into a pen-based computer used in the field. Inspection data can be entered using the HUD 52580 form format or your own custom format. Inspection data is entered in a streamlined manner saving inspector time and improving accuracy of data. Inspection data can sync and update your PHA software.
