Partner Development Representative

 

MSI Data is looking for a tech-savvy people person to build partner relationships to help world class field service organizations discover the benefits of our leading SaaS product, Service Pro.

 

MSI Data is a leading SaaS provider of field service management software. As a partner development rep, you’ll be a field service industry expert, business development consultant and MSI evangelist. You must have strong business acumen and technology know-how to be considered. Bonus points if you’re familiar with selling or marketing enterprise software, whether it be ERP, CRM, field service or other. Job Description:

Once you learn the ropes on Service Pro (our signature app) and its integrations to our partner products, you will educate potential referral partners on how modern field service technology can transform their customers’ service businesses. We believe in letting our results do the talking, and you’ll have plenty of help from our amazing base of customers who have increased their service revenue and productivity and reduced their costs with Service Pro. Every day, the Partner Development Representative will work to educate current and prospective partners to drive referrals and sales through co-marketing activities and oversight of sales cycles. You’ll also work with MSI sales and marketing to develop new partner promotion and outreach plans.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform outreach to prospective partner companies and contacts within the MSI target market
  • Become an expert in technology that transforms field service operations
  • Coordinate meetings and presentations with partners, prospects and internal teams
  • Lend your voice to initiatives to improve partner relationships and sales operations.
  • Work with a CRM to develop data and reporting infrastructure where gaps exist

 

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, MIS or relevant field
  • 2+ years of sales experience required
  • Experience in software sales preferred
  • Experience using CRM Tools
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills
