Growing SaaS company looking for a Product Owner to organize, prioritize, and assess development work

Our mobile and field management software is exciting for companies large and small because it improves the productivity of their field workforce.
About you
You’ll be working with the Product Management team to define user stories, requirements, and user experience for new software features. You will work closely with product managers to get user stories accepted and help bring the voice of the customer to the Engineering team. You will deliver user stories and acceptance criteria that represent the requirements provided by the business and contribute to our product vision and backlog implementation.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Loves to peel back the onion. You start with a backlog and list of requirements, and you create actionable user stories. Leave no stone unturned.
- Is at the intersection of engineer, storyteller, and artist. You create satisfying and compelling experiences by analyzing user workflow and designing the look and feel of the product.
- Has excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and organizational skills. Works well with people and can successfully collaborate with different teams.
We’d also like you to have:
- Ability to understand technical and business concepts quickly
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Strong time-management skills and ability to communicate deadlines and dependencies
- Solid understanding of ERP, CRM, and mobile systems and their application in field-oriented businesses
- Commitment to and sense of urgency for project timelines
Preferred skills
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years of related information systems experience
- Pragmatic Product Management Framework certifications
- Proven experience with process improvement or transformation
- Demonstrable expertise in field service products
- Demonstrated technical skills in API or integration frameworks
- Additional knowledge of accounting, ERP, and CRM systems
