Loftin and Bay City will use Service Pro to improve efficiencies in field service delivery for power generation systems, including generators and related equipment, for customers and internal service teams.

Scheduling will also be managed in Service Pro, with its visual, GPS-enabled, drag and drop appointment assignments and native mobile technician app which works in connected or disconnected environments. Service Pro will replace a legacy service management system, and will be integrated with the Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP system and Salesforce CRM system, enabling connected processes with accounting and sales.
