Your NetSuite jobs, invoiced days sooner.

The ledger and the bill stay in NetSuite. Time-to-Invoice works the job on the way there, from the brief that preps your technician to the invoice your team sends.

Nothing moves

Your NetSuite ledger is untouched and your team keeps working where they work.

NetSuite holds the ledger and NetSuite raises the bill. Time-to-Invoice doesn't replace that, doesn't ask your service team to work somewhere else, and doesn't write to your books. Nothing is migrated and nothing is switched off to make room for it.

The outcome on this stack

Speed up Time-to-Invoice in your existing NetSuite environment.

The gap doesn't open when the technician finishes. It opens earlier, in how the job was set up. A job that goes out missing something comes back missing what the invoice needs, so by the time the work is done the bill is waiting on hours, parts, a photo and a signature, and on somebody in the office having time to collect them.

Time-to-Invoice closes that gap on the job, not in your ledger. Your technician arrives prepared, gets texted for whatever the close-out is missing while they're still on site, and their hours post to NetSuite against the right project task. Your billing team opens a job that's already complete instead of chasing the pieces of one.

A finished job you haven't billed is work you've already paid for and can't invoice yet. It's waiting on a person having time, not on a decision anybody made.

Who connects it

Your own administrator can turn this on in about half an hour.

Nothing has to be built for you. Your administrator creates the integration record, uploads the certificate we send, and sends three values back. The field matching is yours, in the settings screen. If you'd rather not, the MSI Data engineer on your account will do it with you.

FAQ

Questions NetSuite teams ask.

How does Time-to-Invoice connect to NetSuite?

Your NetSuite administrator creates an integration record, uploads the certificate we send and sends three values back. It takes about half an hour, and the field matching is yours, in the settings screen.

Do we have to move off NetSuite to use Time-to-Invoice?

No. NetSuite keeps the ledger and raises the bill, and Time-to-Invoice works the job that ends up there.

What does Time-to-Invoice write to NetSuite?

Only your technicians' time, as a time entry against the project task. Everything else in the table above is read, where your administrator grants it.

Is Time-to-Invoice the same product as Service Pro FSM?

No. Service Pro FSM is MSI Data's field service management software, with its own scheduling, dispatch and mobile app, and it connects to NetSuite as well. Time-to-Invoice works the span from job assigned to invoice sent.

Your demo starts with one of your jobs.

Bring a recent job that took too long to bill. We'll walk it through Time-to-Invoice on NetSuite, from the visit to the sent invoice. If someone looks after your NetSuite setup, bring them too. We'll answer their questions on the call.
