What is the cost of Service Pro?
Service Pro’s pricing model is customized for the customer and their specific requirements and follows a subscription model. We have an annual recurring subscription cost which is per user and an implementation (or implementation & integration) fee as a part of our offer.
What's included in the subscription cost?
Within the Service Pro subscription, a user is given access to the core field service
management platform, a secure and hosted cloud environment, and ongoing dedicated supportand account management. There are optional add-ons available for customers to extend and enhance the experience for both the service organization and end clients.
Is there a minimum number of users required?

Are there implementation or start up fees?
Yes, there are implementation fees which will provide the customer with the best possible experience in getting started in their field service transformation. These fees include consulting, provisioning, training, and can include integration with your internal systems (ERP, CRM, HR, IoT, etc).
