The Sage 100 connection works with customers, inventory and order entry, and it takes the import and export routines out of the office. If your build depends on a particular record or field, bring it to the call.

Nothing moves

Sage 100 keeps the books, and your team keeps its routine.

Your ledger, receivables and payables stay in Sage 100, and so does the bill. Time-to-Invoice doesn't ask your team to work somewhere new, and nothing is migrated to make room for it. Your office keeps working in the ERP it already knows.

The outcome on this stack

Speed up Time-to-Invoice on the Sage 100 you already run.

The gap opens before the technician finishes. A job that goes out missing something comes back missing what the invoice needs, so by the time the work is done, the bill is waiting on hours, parts, a photo and a signature, and on someone in the office having time to collect them.

Time-to-Invoice closes that gap on the job. Your technician arrives prepared, gets a text about whatever the close-out is missing while they're still on site, and the finished job reaches your billing team complete. They open a job ready to bill instead of chasing the pieces of one.

A finished job you haven't billed is work you've already paid for and can't invoice yet.

Who connects it

Who connects Sage 100 to Time-to-Invoice, and what it takes.

A connector partner installs the Sage 100 connection, and your IT team gives it the server access it needs. It runs as a background job on a schedule you set, and MSI Data's team builds the rest of the project plan around the install.

FAQ

Questions Sage 100 teams ask.

Is Sage 100 the same system as Sage ERP MAS 90?

Yes. Sage 100 is the name Sage gave MAS 90, so if your team still calls it MAS 90, you're on the right page. Which versions the connection supports gets answered on the call, with your setup in front of us.

Do we have to move off Sage 100 to use Time-to-Invoice?

No. Sage 100 stays your ERP and keeps the books, and Time-to-Invoice works the job that ends up there.

Which Sage 100 records does Time-to-Invoice read and write?

It reads customers, ship-to addresses, items, warehouses and miscellaneous charges from Sage 100. It writes the labor and parts from each job back to the Sage 100 sales order, along with a completed status your billing team can see. Field-level detail depends on your setup, so we'll go through it on a call.

Is Time-to-Invoice the same product as Service Pro FSM?

No. Service Pro FSM is MSI Data's field service management software, with its own scheduling, dispatch and mobile app, and it connects to Sage 100 as well. Time-to-Invoice works the span from job assigned to invoice sent.
