Reveal Recap: Service Pro User Conference (SPUC) 2025

By the time fall rolls around, we’re only thinking about one thing, and it’s not a pumpkin spice latte. 2025 marks the third year of our annual Service Pro User Conference, or SPUC for short, where we create space for our clients and partners to connect in person and learn from our experts about Service Pro® and how to get more out of the software.

This is our third year hosting SPUC in our home city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Clients came from all over the United States (and beyond!) to bring the Service Pro community to life. Collaboration is the spirit of Service Pro, so we are delighted to host this event for another year in the city we call home.

This year’s highlights included:

  • *NEW* Pre-SPUC welcome event in our office – early arrivals and MSI Data staff employees enjoyed snacks, games, and conversation
  • *NEW* Upgraded venue – we set up shop in the beautiful and spacious Baird Center, formerly the Wisconsin Center, in the heart of downtown Milwaukee
  • *NEW* Our keynote speaker, Dr. Derek Riley of MSOE, presented a new way to look at and think about Artificial Intelligence
  • Field service leader panel, moderated by Shana Duthie of Duthie Consulting Group
  • Live reveals of new and upcoming enhancements
  • Awards ceremony with Partner, Customer, and Ambassador of the Year

Evening Event

To cap off Day 1, we started our evening events with a happy hour on the terrace and let our partners shine.  Later, we took to the town for dinner, drinks, darts, and more at the New Fashioned in the Deer District. Volunteers from Visit Milwaukee escorted guests and welcomed them with a sign (Thank you, Visit Milwaukee!).

Partner And Sponsor Highlight

SPUC would not be possible without the support and generosity of our wonderful partners and sponsors. We are so grateful to have a wonderful and tight-knit network of partners whose presence and contributions are invaluable to MSI Data and our customers. And, an extra thank you to those who presented sessions with us – you made the sessions better for all!

2025 Award Winners

Per SPUC tradition, we recognized the efforts of three special award recipients:

  • Ambassador of the Year: Relevant Industrial
  • Partner of the Year: MindHARBOR, Inc.
  • Customer of the Year: TotalKare

That’s a Wrap on SPUC 2025!

When we had the idea for this conference in 2020 amidst the worldly chaos of the pandemic, we were unsure of what tomorrow would look like. Yet, here we are five years later, coasting on the high of our THIRD user conference!

To our dedicated customers, valuable partners, and incredible colleagues at MSI Data – THANK YOU! SPUC would not be possible or even probable without you.

Hang around to see what’s to come in 2026!
