What the SPUC is SPUC?!
SPUC, or the Service Pro® User Conference, is our annual event that brings together Service Pro users and members of the Service Pro team. Throughout this multi-day event, we offer informative sessions, networking and connection opportunities, user discussions, panels, presentations, and exclusive looks at what’s next with our software.
Our inaugural event took place in 2023 at our office campus in Schlitz Park. As the event grew both in scale and size, we expanded further into our home city and upgraded our location to the Potawatomi Hotel & Casino in 2024, and will be hosting this year’s event at the Baird Center in the center of downtown Milwaukee.
Not a Service Pro client, but want to attend events like these? The right time to inquire about Service Pro is right now – join a community of transformative, service-minded users! Start here.
Why should I come to SPUC?
We can talk about the benefits of networking, in-person connection, and sneak peek sessions all day – but you can hear a review of SPUC directly from attendees!
Who Else Will Be There?
We have users from all over the United States, as well as the UK and Australia, spanning a wide variety of industries. SPUC is open to everyone, every year, and as we offer new topics, sessions, and groups each year, there’s always something new to learn and people to meet!
Accessibility/What to Bring?
Please note that we are hosting events in two locations; our pre-SPUC welcome event will be at our office headquarters, and the main 2-day SPUC event will be held at the Baird Center in downtown Milwaukee. Both locations will require walking semi-short distance and stairs. Both locations have elevators.
There will be internet access at both locations, so bring your devices, chargers, and anyone on your team who would benefit from a firsthand networking and learning experience (tickets are on sale until May 31st, so get them now!)
Will You Feed Me?!
Yes! Our welcome event on September 8th at our office headquarters will include dinner and drinks. We will provide lunch and dinner on September 9th, and breakfast and lunch on September 10th.
